Rest assured, even if you were not informed about the warranty at the time of purchase, you are still entitled to it. Our standard operating procedure (SOP) will ensure that your claim is processed efficiently. Note: · Items that are damaged by external factors or human error after sale are NOT covered by the warranty. Clearance items: · NO warranty unless otherwise specified.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. [Refunds for Canceled Orders] > If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund process will be proceeded (refer to 'RETURN & REFUND POLICY'. ) Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process. [Partial Cancellation] > If you wish to cancel part of your order within a short term, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Partial cancellations are subject to the same terms as full cancellations. [Fees and Charges] > If cancellation requests are made after the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible or cancellation fee may apply. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

While we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that are not damaged or defective, we understand that situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. Therefore, please review our return and exchange policy below: [Returns/Exchanges] > We accept returns or exchanges within warranty periods for items that are damaged, defective, or wrongly received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed.
